How long will my order take?
Each item is made to order and embroidered in Vietnam: 2 to 4 business days for production after you approve the preview, then 10 to 15 business days for delivery to the US, about 2 to 3 weeks in total. You get a tracking link by email the day it ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, or free on orders of $75 or more. We ship within the United States only.
Can I see a preview before you make it?
Yes. After you order we email a stitch preview within 24 hours. Reply with any edits, or approve it. If we do not hear back within 72 hours, the preview counts as approved so your gift is not delayed.
Where are the items made?
Each piece is embroidered by hand-guided machine in Vietnam and shipped to the US with tracking. Our business is registered in New Mexico, USA, and customer support is US-based.
I made a typo in the personalization. What now?
Email support@minivine.co right away with your order number. If you have not approved the preview yet, we fix it free. Once production has started, personalized items cannot be changed or returned.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you in full. No return shipping needed.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart and your text carefully. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days.
How can I pay?
PayPal and major credit or debit cards through Shopify Payments. All prices are in US dollars and your card details are handled by the payment provider, never by us.
