Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; US territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard Shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, or free on orders of $75 or more. The $75 threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden handling fees.
Processing and delivery time
Every item is made to order and embroidered in Vietnam, then shipped to you with tracking. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for production after you approve your preview, plus 10 to 15 business days for international delivery to the US (about 2 to 3 weeks in total). Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During peak season (November and December) production may take up to 4 extra business days.
Holiday cut-off
To receive your order before December 25, please place your order and approve your preview by November 25. Orders after that date are welcome, but we cannot promise delivery before Christmas.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, email support@minivine.co with your order number and we will open a carrier trace and resend or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Customs and duties
Orders ship from Vietnam. Personal gift shipments of this value normally enter the US without duties; in the rare case a fee is charged, email us the receipt and we will refund it.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address until the order enters production; email us as soon as possible with your order number. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the standard shipping fee.
