Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of minivine.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Minivine, operated by 26Digi Studio LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error, or content we cannot produce); if we cancel, you receive a full refund. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.

Personalization

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, and other text you enter. We email a stitch preview within 24 hours and nothing is produced until you approve it; if we do not hear back within 72 hours the preview counts as approved, as stated on each product page. You confirm that you have the right to use any text or image you submit and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain offensive content. We may decline personalization requests at our discretion.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Problems with an order are handled under our Refund Policy.

Payment

We accept PayPal and major credit or debit cards through Shopify Payments. Payment is processed by those providers; we never see or store your full card number.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, and images on the Site belong to 26Digi Studio LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product photos are for illustration; slight variations in color and placement are normal for made-to-order goods.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
